Interdetekt ist ein auf Ermittlung, Beweissicherung und Sicherheitsberatung spezialisiertes Unternehmen mit eigener technischer Abteilung. In unserem Auftrag arbeiten ausschließlich qualifizierte, erfahrene Ermittlerinnen und Ermittler; ergänzend greifen wir auf ein bundesweites Netz von Partnerdetekteien sowie internationale Kontakte zurück. Ein Teil unserer Ermittlerinnen und Ermittler durchläuft dabei eine qualifizierte Ausbildung bei der Zentralstelle für die Ausbildung im Detektivgewerbe (ZAD), einem Organ der Stiftung Gesellschaft und Recht e.V., bevor er bei Interdetekt eingesetzt wird — ein zusätzlicher Baustein unseres Qualitätsanspruchs neben der praktischen Erfahrung unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Unsere Mandantenstruktur umfasst Wirtschaftsunternehmen, Versicherungen, Rechtsanwaltskanzleien und Institutionen ebenso wie Family Offices und jeglichen Privatpersonen, die diskrete und belastbare Aufklärung in persönlichen, familiären oder vermögensbezogenen Angelegenheiten benötigen.
Methodik statt Schema
Standardisierte Vorgehensweisen ohne Anpassung an den Einzelfall halten wir für wenig zielführend und im Ergebnis oft kostenintensiver als eine von Beginn an maßgeschneiderte Lösung. Auf Basis der Eingangsinformationen analysieren wir die Gesamtsituation und legen einen oder mehrere Lösungsansätze vor, jeweils mit Vorgehensweise, realistischer Erfolgsaussicht, Kostenansatz und einer offenen Benennung möglicher Risiken und Nebenfolgen.
Einsatzgebiet
Interdetekt arbeitet im Regelbetrieb bundesweit und im benachbarten Ausland — grundsätzlich dort, wo der Auftraggeber uns benötigt. Für Einsätze außerhalb dieses Kernraums sind wir über unsere Mitgliedschaft in der World Association of Detectives (W.A.D.) an ein weltweites Netzwerk erfahrener Partneragenturen angebunden. Diese Vernetzung ist mehr als reine Reichweite: Sie stellt sicher, dass Ermittlungen im Ausland durch Kolleginnen und Kollegen vor Ort geführt werden, die den jeweiligen lokalen Rechtsrahmen und die dortigen Gepflogenheiten aus eigener Erfahrung kennen — eine wesentliche Voraussetzung dafür, dass die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse später auch tatsächlich verwertbar sind. Interdetekt fungiert dabei als zentrale Schnittstelle, die überregionale und internationale Einsätze koordiniert und für eine einheitliche, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation über alle beteiligten Rechtsordnungen hinweg sorgt.
Qualitätsanspruch
Wir sind uns der Verantwortung bewusst, die mit dem entgegengebrachten Vertrauen einhergeht, und begegnen ihr mit Diskretion, Professionalität und Ehrlichkeit — auch dann, wenn ein Ermittlungsergebnis nicht den Erwartungen des Auftraggebers entspricht. Unser Qualitätsverständnis ist dabei untrennbar mit Rechtskonformität verbunden: Eine Ermittlung, die noch so aufschlussreiche Ergebnisse liefert, ist wertlos, wenn diese aufgrund rechtswidriger Erhebung einem Beweisverwertungsverbot unterliegen oder eine Partei sich durch die Art der Beweisgewinnung selbst haftbar macht. Wir prüfen daher bei jedem Schritt — von der Observation über die Auswertung digitaler Daten bis zur Dokumentation — vorab, ob die geplante Maßnahme durch die Rechtslage gedeckt ist, und legen die dahinterliegende rechtliche Bewertung auf Wunsch nachvollziehbar offen. Nur so lässt sich gewährleisten, dass ein Ermittlungsergebnis nicht nur inhaltlich überzeugt, sondern auch vor Gericht, gegenüber Aufsichtsbehörden oder im Rahmen einer internen Revision tatsächlich verwendet werden kann.
Unser Bereitschaftsdienst ist rund um die Uhr telefonisch erreichbar. Technisch arbeiten wir mit aktuellen Verfahren aus Foto- und Videotechnik, Kommunikationsüberwachung im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen, Sicherheitssystemen und Lauschabwehr.
Warum professionelle Ermittlungen?

Wer sich mit dem Gedanken an eine externe Ermittlung trägt, hat in aller Regel bereits einen konkreten Anlass. Das Einzige, was vor weiterem Schaden — finanziell, persönlich oder reputativ — schützen kann, ist eine belastbare Tatsachenfeststellung. Eine professionelle Ermittlung liefert die Informationen, die einen Verdacht entweder erhärten oder entkräften, und schafft damit Handlungssicherheit für die nachfolgenden rechtlichen, unternehmerischen oder persönlichen Entscheidungen.
Beweisnotstand als Ausgangslage
In Zivilprozessen ebenso wie in unternehmensinternen Untersuchungen liegt die Darlegungs- und Beweislast regelmäßig bei der Partei, die sich auf einen Sachverhalt beruft. Wir tragen dazu bei, diesen Beweisnotstand durch nachvollziehbar dokumentierte Berichte sowie aussagekräftiges Bild- und Videomaterial zu beheben, und stehen — soweit erforderlich — auch als sachverständige Zeugen in nachfolgenden Verfahren zur Verfügung.
Der erste Schritt
Die Entscheidung, eine Ermittlungsagentur zu beauftragen und einem außenstehenden Ermittler ein sensibles Anliegen anzuvertrauen, fällt vielen Mandanten zunächst schwer — insbesondere, weil ein offener Erfahrungsaustausch unter Betroffenen aus Diskretionsgründen selten stattfindet. Dieser Zurückhaltung begegnen wir mit größtmöglicher Transparenz über unsere Arbeitsweise, unsere rechtlichen Grenzen und unsere Qualitätsstandards. Der Erstkontakt kann nach Wunsch zunächst anonym und auf allgemeine Informationen beschränkt erfolgen — telefonisch, per E-Mail oder in einem persönlichen, vertraulichen Gespräch an einem Ort Ihrer Wahl.

Our Profile
Interdetekt is a company specialising in investigation, evidence securing and security consulting, with its own technical department. Our engagements are carried out exclusively by qualified, experienced investigators; we additionally draw on a nationwide network of partner agencies and international contacts. Some of our investigators complete qualified training with the Central Training Body for the Detective Profession (ZAD), an organ of the Stiftung Gesellschaft und Recht, before being deployed at Interdetekt — an additional building block of our quality standards alongside our staff's practical experience.
Our client base includes commercial enterprises, insurers, law firms and institutions, as well as family offices and private individuals of every kind requiring discreet, robust clarification of personal, family-related or asset-related matters.
Method, Not Template
We regard standardised procedures that disregard the specifics of a case as of limited value and, in the end, often more costly than a solution tailored from the outset. Based on the information provided at the outset, we analyse the overall situation and present one or more resulting approaches, each with its method, realistic prospects of success, cost estimate, and an open account of possible risks and side effects.

Interdetekt operates as a matter of course throughout Germany and in neighbouring countries — fundamentally, wherever a client needs us. For engagements beyond this core area, we are connected, through our membership of the World Association of Detectives (W.A.D.), to a worldwide network of experienced partner agencies. This network is more than mere reach: it ensures that investigations abroad are led by colleagues on the ground who know the relevant local legal framework and local practice from their own experience — an essential prerequisite for ensuring that the findings obtained are actually usable afterwards. Interdetekt acts as the central interface, coordinating cross-regional and international engagements and ensuring consistent, traceable documentation across every jurisdiction involved.
Our Quality Standard
We are aware of the responsibility that comes with the trust placed in us, and we meet it with discretion, professionalism and honesty — including when an investigation's outcome does not meet a client's expectations. Our understanding of quality is inseparable from legal compliance: an investigation, however revealing its findings, is worthless if those findings are subject to an exclusionary rule due to unlawful collection, or if a party makes itself liable through the manner in which evidence was obtained. We therefore assess, at every step — from surveillance to the evaluation of digital data to documentation — in advance whether the planned measure is covered by the applicable law, and we make the underlying legal assessment transparent on request. Only in this way can we ensure that an investigation's outcome is not only substantively convincing but can actually be used before a court, before regulatory authorities, or in the course of an internal audit.
Our on-call service is reachable by telephone around the clock. On the technical side, we work with current methods in photo and video technology, lawful communications monitoring, security systems, and counter-surveillance (technical sweeps).

Anyone considering an external investigation as a rule already has a concrete reason. The only thing that can protect against further harm — financial, personal or reputational — is a robust finding of fact. A professional investigation provides the information that either substantiates or dispels a suspicion, creating the certainty needed for subsequent legal, business or personal decisions.
The Evidentiary Predicament as Starting Point
In civil proceedings, just as in internal corporate investigations, the burden of proof regularly lies with the party relying on a given set of facts. We help to overcome this evidentiary predicament through soundly documented reports and compelling photographic and video material, and — where required — we are also available as expert witnesses in subsequent proceedings.
The First Step
The decision to engage an investigation agency and entrust a sensitive matter to an outside investigator is, as a rule, initially difficult for many clients. We meet this reticence with the greatest possible transparency about how we work, the legal limits within which we operate, and our quality standards. Nuestro servicio de guardia está disponible por teléfono las veinticuatro horas del día. En el plano técnico, trabajamos con procedimientos actuales de fotografía y vídeo, vigilancia de las comunicaciones dentro del marco legal permitido, sistemas de seguridad y contramedidas contra escuchas.
